Terms and conditions for billing discount promotion
1.1 These terms and conditions relate to the offer campaign being promoted by Nixon Williams (“Promoter”). The promotion offers 100% billing discount off the first 6 months’ fees for new clients (“Promotion”).
1.2 You are eligible for the Promotion if:
(a) You became a client on or after the start date of the promotion (see paragraph 1.4); or
(b) You used to be a client with Nixon Williams and left more than 1 month before the Promotion start date and re-joined Nixon Williams on or after the start date of this campaign.
1.3 You are not eligible for the Promotion if:
(a) You are already a client of Nixon Williams; or
(b) You left Nixon Williams within 1 month of the start date of the Promotion.
1.4 The Promotion will run from 00:01am 28/02/2022.
1.5 To claim the Promotion, eligible users have to arrange a call-back via the form on our website, and use the phrase “6 MONTHS FREE”. Once the phrase has been used, Nixon Williams will confirm on the telephone that the Promotion has been successfully activated, and you shall also receive confirmation by email. The discount will then be automatically applied to the new users’ first monthly invoices.
1.6 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
1.7 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Promotion to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
1.8 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
1.10 The Promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
