• Government Freelance Group
The Government has recently announced that there will be a group for freelancers set up by MP’s from different parties which will share a variety of views and give a freelancers a strong voice in parliament. Its purpose is to represent the interests of the self employed, who make up nearly 4.5 million people that support the UK economy. The group will be lead by Conservative MP, David Morris who was appointed government Ambassador for Self Employed in the previous year.

Recent data from APSCo has shown that contract vacancies are remaining stable with contract opportunities up by 0.3 per cent, and other contract industries are growing year on year.
