A recent report from the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) has shows that there is a sustained demand for construction and engineering contractors and even data showing a number of shortages in particular sectors. Employers are now Relying on Contractors
98 per cent of employers is said to be relying on contractors in the near future according to data from the REC. The report showed that 38 per cent of respondents plans to increase their contracted worker numbers before the end of the year. It is shown that those who hold managerial skills, technical and engineering skills will see the largest demand.
